Welcome to the Riviera Creek Loyalty Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, which is operated by Riviera Creek. By enrolling and participating, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals 21 years of age or older who are legal residents of Ohio.
Participation is void where prohibited by law.
2. Enrollment
No purchase is necessary to create a Loyalty Account.
Users may enroll through the Riviera Creek Loyalty App or by visiting www.rivieracreek.com/loyalty.
Each participant is allowed one (1) Loyalty Account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in suspension or termination.
3. Earning Points
Points are earned by scanning loyalty cards found inside each product package of qualifying Riviera Creek items.
Each card is worth 1,000 points, unless stated otherwise.
Points are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined between accounts.
Please allow up to 24 hours for points to appear in your account after a successful scan.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including:
- – Gift cards from more than 80 participating retailers
- – Riviera Creek merchandise
- – Other promotional items
The list of participating retailers, gift card options, and available merchandise is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Redemption thresholds and point values for specific rewards may also vary.
Points cannot be used to purchase cannabis or cannabis-related products.
5. Expiration and Account Activity
Points currently do not expire; however, Riviera Creek reserves the right to establish expiration rules in the future with prior notice.
Loyalty Accounts with no activity (i.e., no login or redemption) for 12 consecutive months may be considered inactive and subject to deactivation.
6. Misuse and Termination
Riviera Creek reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Loyalty Account suspected of abuse or violation of these Terms.
Examples of misuse include but are not limited to:
- – Scanning or entering the same code multiple times
- – Use of bots or automated tools
- – Tampering with the app or scanning system
7. Program Changes
Riviera Creek may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Riviera Creek is not liable for:
- – Lost, stolen, or damaged cards
- – Technical errors in the app or scanning process
- – Delays or failures in points posting or redemption
Participation in the Program is at your own risk. All Program services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided through the Program is managed in accordance with Riviera Creek’s Privacy Policy.
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your data for managing your Loyalty Account and sending Program-related communications.
