Work–Life Balance
We support a healthy balance between work and home. Our production facility operates on a stable 40-hour schedule — Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM with periodic voluntary overtime opportunities provided with advance notice. The facility is closed for regular operations on holidays to help you plan and rest with your family.
