Yes! But you can’t get there through the app store. Here’s what you need to do:

For iPhone users:

1. Open your wallet in your internet browser.
2. Select the “add to” button on the toolbar of your browser. It should look like a square with an arrow inside pointing upward.
3. Scroll down and select “add to home screen”.

For Android users:

1. Open your wallet in your internet browser.
2. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.

Make purchases or take part in our promotions!

Just log in to your account on our website or app, head to the My Rewards section, and under your points you’ll see a link that says, “Convert points to gift card”. Click and choose the gift card amount you’d like to exchange your points for, agree to the terms and submit! You will be emailed shortly after! Follow the steps in that email and claim your card at any of the participating retailers. If this wasn’t helpful enough, we’ve added step-by step instructions on how to redeem your points here.

Once you’ve traded your points for a gift card, you should get an email from giftcards@birchmountnetwork.com. Didn’t see the email? No worries, it might be in your spam or junk folder.

Steps to follow:

1. Check your email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Follow the link inside to claim your e-gift card.
3. Log in or create an account, if you haven’t already.
4. Pick a participating retailer. Exchange your card and start shopping!

Currently, state regulations prohibit the use of gift cards for cannabis purchases.

No, your points don’t expire!

Log in to your account on our website or mobile app, and your points balance will be right there on your dashboard.

It may take up to 24 hours for points to show in your wallet.  If you’re looking for points from a monthly promotion, we usually reward those at the beginning of the month following the end of the promotion.
