How do I redeem my points?
Ready to cash in on those points? Just log in to your account on our website or app, head to the My Rewards section, and under your points you’ll see a link that says, “Convert points to gift card”. Click and choose the gift card amount you’d like to exchange your points for, agree to the terms and submit! Voilà! Now hurry to your inbox and find that sweet reward! I redeemed my points, now where is my gift card?
Never fear, help is here! 🎉 Once you’ve traded your points for a gift card (you did follow those steps above, right?), you should get an email from [email protected]. Didn’t see the email? No worries, it might be chilling in your spam or junk folder. It happens, even though we wish it didn’t.
So, here’s the plan:
- Check your email. If it’s not in your inbox, dive into that spam or junk folder.
- Found the email? Awesome! Follow the link inside to claim your e-gift card.
- Log in or create an account, if you haven’t already.
- Pick a participating retailer. Exchange your card and boom—you’re ready to shop!

Not now. Currently, state regulations prohibit the use of gift cards for cannabis purchases. If this changes, our loyalty members will be the first to know!
Do my points expire?

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

How can I check my points balance?
Keeping tabs on your points is a cinch! Log in to your account on our website or mobile app, and your points balance will be right there on your dashboard.
I’m missing points from a recent scan! What gives?
It may take up to 24 hours for points to show in your wallet. If you’re looking for points from a monthly promotion, we usually reward those at the beginning of the month following the end of the promotion. Either way—don’t worry, they’re on the way!
I’m still missing points. Where are they?
Oh no, did some points pull a Houdini on you? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Just reach out to our customer support team here, and we’ll investigate the case of the vanishing points. We’ll have those sneaky points back in your account faster than you can say “abracadabra”!

Step-By-Step Instructions to Claim Your e-gift card.
The email you received should’ve had a card number and a pin, and a link to select the reward card of your choice from 50+ retailers.
- Find the email you received from [email protected] and click the link that says open e-gift card.
- The next page will show you your card and PIN information, click exchange now.
- If you already have an account, log in here. If you do not have one, register for one. Hit the check mark box next to “I consent to receive exclusive….”, then click create account.
- The next page will show you the card number and a pin number. Enter that from step 2. Then hit load card.
- Hit load brands. There you’ll be able to see the current retailers.
- Select the one you would like to receive an e-gift card for.
- Once you select a retailer, you’ll get a page to swap the card. It will automatically default to the amount you have available. Click the checkmark box next to “I agree to the following terms and conditions”. Then click next.
- You’ll be asked if you really want to swap this card. If you do, hit proceed with swap. If you do not want that retailer or want to choose another, hit cancel swap, and then repeat step 7.
- Once you proceed to swap, you’ll get another email from Riviera Creek with the actual e-gift card from the retailer that you’ve selected.
- The email will contain a link to the retailer page, each page will be different, so you’ll need to follow those directions to get the credits.
