Questions about Riviera Creek products?
Where can you find Riviera Creek products?
You can find our products at licensed dispensaries across Ohio. Check out the list of dispensaries you can find us in here.
Are we going to sell seeds/clones?
At the moment, we’re not selling seeds or clones.
Do you grow from seed or clone? And where do you get your genetics?
Great question! We actually grow from both seeds and clones. It’s like having the best of both worlds. Seeds give us robust genetic diversity, and allow us to pheno-hunt for the best traits and characteristics while clones ensure consistency and quality once we’ve chosen the winners. As for our genetics, we source them from some of the top breeders in the industry. Think of it as having a VIP pass to the finest cannabis genetics out there. Only the best for our plants, and ultimately, for you!
Do you have any old collector tins/containers?
We don’t currently offer our old collector tins or containers for sale but keep an eye out for all of our future drops!
Do we have swag or merch available?
Not yet, but soon! Check back often for your chance to represent your favorite cannabis brand in style! We will have items available for sale and as part of our Loyalty Program.
What charger is used for the disposable/rechargeable vapes?
For our disposable/rechargeable vapes, a standard USB-C charger will do the trick.
What happens if my device is defective?
We hope your device isn’t defective, but if you’ve followed the troubleshooting tips, and it’s still not working, per the State of Ohio, you should be able to return the defective vape to the dispensary you bought it at for a refund or replacement. Each dispensary has its own policy, but most are very similar.
I see “solventless” on a lot of your products. What is solventless?
Solventless means our cannabis extracts are made without using any chemical solvents like ethanol, propane or butane.
If you’re not using solvents, how are you extracting?
We begin with fresh frozen or cured flower, followed by an ice water wash to carefully extract the essential trichomes from the plant material through filtration and agitation. This process yields our premium bubble ice hash. Based on the desired product, we then apply heat and pressure to produce high-quality THCa and rosin. Our meticulous approach preserves the maximum amount of cannabinoids and terpenes, resulting in products that are clean, high-potency, and exceptionally pure. It’s akin to crafting a gourmet experience with the finest ingredients—ensuring both potency and purity in every product.
What types of marijuana products can be produced using solventless processing?
What’s the difference between live and cured flower?
Live flower is harvested and flash-frozen right away to preserve terpenes and cannabinoids. Cured flower, on the other hand, is dried and aged, allowing flavors and potency to develop more gradually.
What’s the difference between resin and rosin?
Resin is a concentrated cannabis extract rich in cannabinoids and terpenes, offering potent effects. Rosin, on the other hand, is a solventless extract made with heat and pressure, delivering pure potency without chemicals. Both provide strong experiences but through different methods of extraction.
What are terpenes?
What are Moon Rocks and Space Rocks?
How Do I use Moon Rocks and Space Rocks?
We recommend using clean scissors to cut them into small pieces, as a little goes a long way. For the best experience, layer them between your favorite Riviera Creek flower in a pipe, bong, or add them to a joint. Due to their stickiness, avoid using your hands or a grinder to break them up for optimal results.
