What is the Riviera Creek loyalty program?
Our loyalty program is where your continued support is recognized and rewarded. Earn points and enjoy special perks every time you make a purchase or engage with our brand. It’s our way of showing appreciation and making every interaction even more rewarding.
How do I join the loyalty program?
Sign up on our website here or by using your phone’s camera to scan a loyalty point card found in any of our products.
I have all these loyalty cards, now what?
Scan the QR code on your loyalty card using your phone camera, the points will be digitally added to your wallet for your loyalty member account!

Do you have an app?
Yes! But you can’t get there through the app store. Here’s what you need to do:
For iPhone users:
- Open your wallet in your internet browser.
- Select the “add to” button on the toolbar of your browser. It should look like a square with an arrow inside pointing upward.
- Scroll down and select “add to home screen”.
For Android users:
- Open your wallet in your internet browser.
- Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.

How do I redeem my points?
Just log in to your account on our website or app, head to the My Rewards section, and under your points you’ll see a link that says, “Convert points to gift card”. Click and choose the gift card amount you’d like to exchange your points for, agree to the terms and submit! You will be emailed shortly after! Follow the steps in that email and claim your card at any of the participating retailers. If this wasn’t helpful enough, we’ve added step-by step instructions on how to redeem your points here.
I redeemed my points, now where is my gift card?
Once you’ve traded your points for a gift card, you should get an email from giftcards@birchmountnetwork.com. Didn’t see the email? No worries, it might be in your spam or junk folder.
Steps to follow:
- Check your email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
- Follow the link inside to claim your e-gift card.
- Log in or create an account, if you haven’t already.
- Pick a participating retailer. Exchange your card and start shopping!
Can I use my rewards at a dispensary?
Currently, state regulations prohibit the use of gift cards for cannabis purchases.
Do my points expire?
No, your points don’t expire!
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are not transferable.
How can I check my points balance?
Log in to your account on our website or mobile app, and your points balance will be right there on your dashboard.
I’m missing points from a recent scan! What should I do?
It may take up to 24 hours for points to show in your wallet. If you’re looking for points from a monthly promotion, we usually reward those at the beginning of the month following the end of the promotion. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our customer service by emailing info@rivieracreek.com.
How do I receive texts?
If you previously opted out of receiving our texts, please text START to (888) 656-0348 to opt back in before signing up. Visit your profile wallet and be sure to update your communication preferences so you don’t miss any important RC Loyalty Program news!

Yes! While we don’t have access to your password for safety and security reasons, you can always reset your password here.
Step-By-Step Instructions to Claim Your e-gift card.
The email you received should’ve had a card number and a pin, and a link to select the reward card of your choice from 50+ retailers.
- Find the email you received from giftcards@birchmountnetwork.com and click the link that says open e-gift card.
- The next page will show you your card and PIN information, click exchange now.
- If you already have an account, log in here. If you do not have one, register for one. Hit the check mark box next to “I consent to receive exclusive….”, then click create account.
- The next page will show you the card number and a pin number. Enter that from step 2. Then hit load card.
- Hit load brands. There you’ll be able to see the current retailers.
- Select the one you would like to receive an e-gift card for.
- Once you select a retailer, you’ll get a page to swap the card. It will automatically default to the amount you have available. Click the checkmark box next to “I agree to the following terms and conditions”. Then click next.
- You’ll be asked if you really want to swap this card. If you do, hit proceed with swap. If you do not want that retailer or want to choose another, hit cancel swap, and then repeat step 7.
- Once you proceed to swap, you’ll get another email from Riviera Creek with the actual e-gift card from the retailer that you’ve selected.
- The email will contain a link to the retailer page, each page will be different, so you’ll need to follow those directions to get the credits.
